Appointment & Scheduling Policy

One appointment per booking.
Confirmation via SMS/email.
Same-day rescheduling not allowed.
Rescheduling within same doctor/category only.

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 30th May 2025

Patients may cancel appointments online any time before visiting the doctor.
Once the patient has visited the doctor and availed the service, cancellations are not permitted.
If a patient does not show up for the appointment, the status will be updated as “Absent” the next day and the appointment automatically cancelled.
Cancellations after appointment completion or visits will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30th May 2025

Refunds will be issued only for cancelled appointments where the service was not availed.
For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 3-5 business days excluding public and bank holidays.
For offline payments, refunds must be collected in person at the branch where payment was made.
Failed transactions will be refunded automatically to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided if the patient has already availed the medical service.
Refunds will be processed as per the payment method used.
